Our No Returns Policy for clothing is in place to ensure the quality and safety of our products. Once you have made a purchase, we
are unable to offer refunds even if the clothing item does not fit or you have changed your mind about the purchase.
We understand that it can be difficult to purchase clothing online without trying it on first, so we encourage you to carefully
review the product description, size guide, photos and videos before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns about a
specific item, please contact us before making your purchase, and we will be happy to assist you.
Exceptions to our no returns, size exchange policy are made only if the clothing item is defective or damaged. If you receive a
defective or damaged clothing item, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the item, and we will work with you to address the issue.
By making a purchase from our store, you agree to our no return policy with clothing terms and conditions.
Exchange Policy
We only allow Exchange of the clothing items purchased from WILD-SHOPPER.COM applied within 24 hours from the time of delivery.
Under the condition if the product differs in shape or appearance from what was ordered. For which the buyer has to record an unboxing/unpacking
video of the package/parcel/courier and share with us via mail or whatsapp.
Exchange is allowed only under the condition provided the product is in original condition i.e. unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered, undamaged & in saleable
condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.
All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse/Wild Shopper. If the
product picked does not pass the quality check, we shall ship it back to you.
